Project Update: Refactoring the Cosmos
Why I Just Rewrote The First Chapters

If you’ve been following this journey from the very beginning, you might notice that Chapter 1 (A Small Wave in a Big Ocean) looks completely different today.
When I first sat down to sketch out the outlines of this project last year, the concept was much smaller. It started with a simple, almost purely philosophical question: "I observe, therefore I am—or am I?" It was a comfortable, standard way to open a book about existence.
But a funny thing happens when you deep-dive into something and just start writing dipping your nose too deep into the fabric of reality. The deeper you dig, the stranger it becomes and more things seem to grow. Over the past months and tens of thousands of words, this project organically evolved from loose philosophical thoughts into something far more massive: a systems architecture of the universe.
As the grand design grew, I looked back at my initial codebase—those early chapters—and realized they no longer met the specifications of the system I am building. The old entry point felt like "bloatware." It lacked the hard, unyielding structural anchors that the later chapters demand.
So, I did what any responsible system architect would do: I refactored.
The newly updated Chapter 1 is no longer just a soft introduction. It is a declaration of the framework. It bridges the gap between hard quantum physics—the literal, physical interference of measurement devices—and our biological reality. It introduces us not as passive spectators, but as active interaction nodes constantly parsing the cosmic stream of data.
We’ve officially pushed the new architecture to the main branch. The foundation is now made of solid, unyielding stone, and it is ready to carry the weight of the massive journey ahead. I will probably rewrite parts of the other early chapters as well, but we'll see.
Thank you for riding these binary waves with me. Let’s make this small ripple a much larger wave.
Edit: I also refactored the Chapter 2 now.
